Who is the payment processor?

Go Smart POS uses Stripe to securely handle all electronic payments, providing a reliable and fully integrated payment experience. This ensures fast, seamless transactions with trusted processing technology and broad payment support. By leveraging Stripe’s platform, Go Smart POS delivers a smooth checkout experience while maintaining secure and efficient payment handling across all sales channels.

Can you manage multiple restaurant locations?

Absolutely. Go Smart POS supports multi-location businesses with centralized reporting. Managers can track sales across venues in real time, and control menus or settings per location—all remotely.

How much does Go Smart POS cost?

Stripe

1. Create a Stripe account

Stripe  Go to Stripe’s website and sign up for a business account. You’ll need to provide:

  • Business name and type (sole proprietorship, LLC, etc.)
  • Your legal name and personal details (for identity verification)
  • Business address and phone number
  • Website or basic description of your business (sometimes optional depending on setup)

2. Verify your identity

Stripe is required to verify who you are. This usually includes:

  • Date of birth and Social Security Number (for U.S. businesses)
  • Government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Sometimes proof of business ownership or tax info

3. Add your bank account

To get paid, you’ll connect your business bank account by entering:

  • Routing number
  • Account number
  • Stripe will deposit a small test amount to verify the account (or use instant verification with some banks).

4. Configure payouts

You’ll choose how often Stripe sends money to your bank:

  • Daily (common default)
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

5. Connect Stripe to POS

We’ll meet with you on-site or via Zoom meeting to get your Stripe account connected to your POS system. Once setup is complete, you can begin taking:

  • In-person card payments
  • Online payments
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled) in your Stripe account

6. Order your card terminal

Go Smart POS offers terminals for purchase, or you may conveniently order one through your Stripe account. For compatibility, the system requires the WisePOS E terminal. download this
